Terms and  Conditions

All facilities, gas, electric and hot water are included in the price.

All bookings must be paid in full no less than one week prior to the start of the holiday.

Once a booking has been made, a confirmation will be sent to you.

A damage deposit of £50 is required on arrival.

Accommodation will be available from 3 p.m. on the first day until 11 a.m. on the last day of the of the booking.

The deposit will be returned at the end of the holiday, less deductions for damage, breakages, or any exceptional cleaning made necessary.

Pets are not allowed unless previously agreed.

We kindly request the premises be left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your stay
